Leeds Ageing Well Dashboard
The ageing well dashboard provides the overview of the data from GP systems in Leeds, presented at PCN (Primary Care Network) level. Data includes patients who are currently registered at Leeds General Practice and aged 18 or above. The dashboard helps to understand prevalence by various demographics: age, gender, index of multiple deprivation and ethnic background.
